1 General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between kkv8 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person who uses this platform ("User", "you"). By accessing the website, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

3 Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on kkv8, you must be 21 years of age or older. The platform operates for users aged 21+ only. By opening an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, they will be closed and any bonuses or winnings may be cancelled. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is also prohibited.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information at registration. If incorrect or false information is provided, kkv8 reserves the right to cancel the account at any time. Any changes to your information must be reported to the support team immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification

Before processing withdrawals, or in any situation where there is cause for concern, kkv8 may request documents to verify your identity. This may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and verification of the payment method. Failure to provide the required documents may result in delayed or rejected withdrawals.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kkv8 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bangladeshi bank transfers (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

5.2 Minimum Amount

The minimum amount for both deposits and withdrawals is ৳500. Transactions below this amount cannot be processed.

5.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. Processing may be delayed if KYC verification is incomplete or if unusual activity is detected.

5.4 Currency & Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted. Any charges associated with bank or mobile banking services will apply according to the rules of the respective institution and will be borne by the user.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳6,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳11,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. For example, for a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or device is prohibited.
• After claiming a bonus, wagering must be completed within a limited time — the specific period is stated in the bonus offer.
• kkv8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer, but benefits already granted on an active bonus will be honoured.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet or game round cannot be changed during or after play. In the event of a technical error, kkv8 reserves the right to void the bet if necessary and the relevant amount will be refunded.

7.2 Game Provider Rules

The rules of third-party game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt — apply to their respective games. These rules remain in effect alongside kkv8's general rules.

7.3 Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, odds, market availability, and event conditions are governed by the rules of the relevant section. In the event of any dispute regarding a match result or status, kkv8's decision is final.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Attempting to strategically manipulate the platform's software, odds, or game outcomes.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Abusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts or using coordinated betting strategies.
• Defrauding or harassing other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking.
• Accessing third-party accounts or operating an account without authorisation.
• Using false identities, identification documents, or fraudulent paperwork.

9 Limitation of Liability

kkv8 is committed to providing the highest quality service. However, the platform is not liable in the following circumstances:

• Losses during play due to the user's internet connection being interrupted.
• Technical errors on the part of third-party game providers.
• Issues related to the user's own device or network.
• Service disruption due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseeable events.
• Losses resulting from the user sharing their account credentials with an unauthorised person.

If a game result is incorrect due to a technical error, kkv8 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the deposit.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 At the User's Request

Any user may permanently or temporarily close their account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. It is recommended that you withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

10.2 At kkv8's Discretion

kkv8 may suspend or close an account without notice for rule violations, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons. In such cases, the fair balance (excluding bonuses) is returnable, but may be held during an investigation.

11 Responsible Gaming
